Kaitlyn was my angel this Christmas, as she was able to make and send me a DTF transfer that I needed for a gift, and she was so friendly! I had previously ordered one from another business, but when it arrived, the color was off, and that seller was unable to offer suggestions on how to fix it, even though we both knew what the issue was (the color profile). I reached out in a Women's Small Business group I am in on Facebook to see if anybody made these, and could get one to me by the 29th, and Kailyn was quick to respond. She knew how to fix the color profile on the image, and it was mailed out the next day. I received the transfer today, and it is PERFECT. The product is great, and so was the customer service. If I am ever in need again, this will be my go-to shop!
