KM Customs Return and Refund Policy
At KM Customs, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products tailored specifically to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
DTF & UV DTF Transfers
All sales are final on custom print orders. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for custom DTF and UV DTF transfers. Please inspect your order and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup if you have any issues with your order.
Artwork: KM Customs will not reprint orders due to poor quality artwork. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the artwork provided meets the necessary quality standards for printing. If you have any concerns or questions about your artwork files, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us before placing your order. Application: Please follow application instructions detailed on our website for each product. KM Customs is not liable for application errors.
Reprinting: KM Customs will only reprint if the issue is due to a printer issue. In order to qualify for a reprint, we must receive the item(s) back to us in its original order. We will not reprint after a transfer is applied to any surface. The reprint will ONLY be the portion of the print/order that was deemed of unacceptable quality. The full order/image will only be reprinted if the full order/image is deemed unacceptable quality. Reprinting & shipping will occur at no additional cost to you only if within specified time frame.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of pickup/delivery. If the issue is determined as an error with the printing process and not the artwork, a free reprint of only the misprinted images will be approved. Once a reprint is approved, you will be instructed to submit an order of the images needing to be reprinted and given a discount code to use at checkout. You will have 48 hours to place the reprint order. After that, a free reprint will no longer be an option. This process helps keep the shop running at an efficient speed and keep your orders processing in a timely manner.
Order Cancellations: In order to maintain our fast turn around time (TAT) orders can only be cancelled and refunded within 1 hour of order placement. Please reach out to us if you'd like to cancel your order. If your order hasn't started printing yet and it is past the specified time frame, it is KM Customs sole discretion whether your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Design Services
Please note that you are paying for a service, which is non-returnable. Due to the nature of design work, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun.
Cancellations & Refunds: We will only offer refunds if no work has started on your design. Once we begin working on your project, all payments are final and non-refundable.
If you have any questions or need clarification before we start your design, please don't hesitate to reach out. We want to ensure you're fully satisfied with our services from the outset.
Apparel, Drinkware, & Promo Products
All sales are final.
Size: We strongly encourage you to review the size charts and select the appropriate size, as sizing may vary based on the garment. Please note that all size charts are provided directly by the product manufacturers, and we make these available to help you choose the best fit for your order. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for size-related issues.
Order Issues: If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We are committed to working with you to address any concerns.
Artwork Quality: Please note that if your design file is not of print quality and you choose not to pay for it to be upgraded to a print-quality file, KM Customs is not responsible for any poor-quality prints that may result from the artwork provided.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 1 hour of order placement. KM Customs strives to complete orders in a timely manner and will order or start manufacturing orders right away. Partial refunds may be granted based on the work that has already been completed or any supplies that are ordered for the completion of customer's order.
Stickers & Decals
All sales are final due to the custom nature of this product. We do not offer returns or refunds for custom stickers and decals.

Misc.
Quality Assurance: We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped or made available for pickup to ensure it meets our high standards. If you believe there is a defect in your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issues may result in the inability to place future orders with KM Customs. We are committed to customer satisfaction and encourage open communication for any concerns. Please review Section 20 in our Terms Of Service for further information.
Goods Damaged During Shipping: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information on how this matter is handled.
