Shipping FAQs

Can I pickup my order?

Yes! We offer a pickup option in Evans, CO (Greeley area). Simply select Local Pickup during checkout.

Items that are unavailable for pickup are: 

  • UV DTF Transfers

What shipping options do you offer?

We utilize USPS and UPS for our shipping carriers. USPS shipping options include:

  • Ground Advantage
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express

UPS shipping options include:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS Next Day Air

My package is lost, what do I do?

Unfortunately once your package leaves our hands, we no longer have any control of it. However please let us know within 48 hours if you suspect your package is lost. We will look into it and see if we can find out any further information. If we cannot, we will suggest filing a lost package request with the shipping carrier.

DTF Transfers FAQs

What is your turn around time?

What can I apply DTF transfers to?

Direct to film transfers can be applied to a variety of fabric types including cotton, polyester, and blends. These prints can also be applied to any color!

How to properly press DTF transfers?

Step 1. Pre-Press Shirt to remove moisture

Step 2. Transfer the image by heat press at 320°F for 10-15 seconds with firm pressure.

Step 3. Peel instantly!

Step 4. Heat press again at 280°F 5 seconds with medium pressure to enhance softer hand feel.

What is your turn around time?

Do you have set up fees?

Nope! We do not charge our customers any set up fees for any custom products. However, if your artwork files are not print quality or you need artwork designed, there are fees associated with that.

Do you have order minimums?

We understand the frustration that comes with order minimums, therefor we do not have them on most of our products. Please reach out to us if there is a product you'd like that has an order minimum and we will see what we can do for you!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We will happily offer bulk discounts. While some are currently set up on the website, others are not and we are working to get them all set up online.

Absolutely! While we have listed our most popular items on the website, we can absolutely find you the perfect product you are looking for.

Design Services FAQs

What is turn around time?

  • Design Services: time varies based on how many revisions it takes to get the perfect design.

How will I receive my file(s)?

Drafts of your design will be emailed to you with a watermark. Once the design is finalized, the file will be emailed to you without a watermark.

Licensing

  • The file is for personal and small commercial use (up to 25 items).
  • RESELLING OR RE-DISTRIBUTION OF THIS DIGITAL FILE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND AGAINST THE LAW!
