Design turn around time varies based on how quickly you reply with edits/revisions you'd like us to make. In general, we will get you a first draft of the design within 2 business days.

All designs will be sent to you as a

• high resolution PNG file
• transparent background
• 300 DPI

If you wish to receive your design file as an SVG, please let us know.

• A proof of your design will be sent to you in via email within 2 business days. In order for your order to process smoothly we ask that you either approve your design, or decline with changes within 2 business days. If we do not receive a response to the design proof within 2 business days, we will assume you approve and move forward with finalizing your order.
• Up to 5 revisions included.
• After the design is finalized and approved, there will be no more revisions. If you wish to change elements after the design is finalized, there will be a small fee.

• THE LISTING IS A DIGITAL FILE. No physical products are associated.
