Business Card Design

Design turn around time varies based on how quickly you reply with edits/revisions you'd like us to make. In general, we will get you a first draft of the design within 2 business days.

Drafts of your design will be emailed to you with a watermark. Once the design is finalized, the file will be emailed to you without a watermark.

• A proof of your design will be sent to you in via email within 2 business days. In order for your order to process smoothly we ask that you either approve your design, or decline with changes within 2 business days. If we do not receive a response to the design proof within 2 business days, we will assume you approve and move forward with finalizing your order.
• Up to 5 revisions included.
• After the design is finalized and approved, there will be no more revisions. If you wish to change elements after the design is finalized, there will be a small fee.

All designs will be sent to you as a high resolution PNG file with a transparent background and 300 DPI.

If you wish to receive your design file as an SVG or other format, please let us know.

GRAPHIC DESIGN UNLICENSED USE DISCLAIMER

The following disclaimer applies to any unauthorized or unlicensed use of graphic designs created by KM Customs ("Designer"). By accessing, using, or distributing any designs without proper authorization, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
- All graphic designs, illustrations, logos, and visual assets created by the Designer remain the sole property of the Designer unless otherwise specified in a signed licensing agreement.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of any designs is strictly prohibited.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
- The designs may not be used for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes without express written permission.
- Unauthorized usage may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, financial penalties, or claims for damages.

3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- The Designer is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized use of their work.
- Any third parties unknowingly using unlicensed designs are advised to verify the legitimacy of their design sources to avoid infringement claims.

4. REPORTING UNAUTHORIZED USE
- If you believe that a design is being used without proper licensing, please contact office@kmcustomsshop.com to report the infringement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER

The content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property ("Intellectual Property") associated with KM Customs and its services are owned by KM Customs or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Ownership & Rights
- All Intellectual Property, including but not limited to website content, branding materials, digital designs, software, and proprietary processes, remain the sole property of KM Customs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Intellectual Property without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Client Work & Licensing
- If a product or service includes custom designs or creative work for a client, the rights to such work will be outlined in the respective agreement.
- Unless a full transfer of ownership is agreed upon, KM Customs retains the right to use such work for promotional and portfolio purposes.

3. Third-Party Materials
- Some materials used in projects may be licensed from third parties. Clients and users must adhere to the licensing agreements of such materials.
- KM Customs is not responsible for third-party intellectual property violations resulting from client-provided materials.

4. Fair Use & Limitations
- The use of any content from KM Customs for educational, commentary, or non-commercial purposes must be properly credited and used in accordance with fair use guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
- KM Customs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or suitability of third-party content or external links.
- Users assume full responsibility for compliance with intellectual property laws when using any content or services provided by KM Customs.
