At KM Customs, many of our products are made to order and customized just for you. Because of this, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order via email (office@kmcustomsshop.com). We’re always happy to help before production starts.

• If production has NOT started:
  We may be able to cancel or adjust your order.
• If production HAS already started:
  The order cannot be changed or cancelled, as materials and time have already been committed to creating your custom item.
