Turn Around Time

Here at our store, we understand the importance of prompt delivery. That's why our turnaround time is only 1-3 business days. And if you're in a hurry, don't worry! You can add rush processing to your order for lightning-fast shipping!

Press Instructions

Pre-Press Shirt to remove moisture

Transfer the image by heat press at 320°F for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure.

After the first press,

  • Option 1: Wait for 4-6 seconds and remove the film gently
  • Option 2: Rub the top surface with a cloth to remove some heat and peel off the film gently & heat press again at 280°F 5 seconds with medium pressure to enhance softer hand feel.

*KM Customs is not liable for damage to the transfer or garment due to any and all issues that may arise during the pressing process.

Wash Instructions

  • For best results, machine wash inside out with cold water.
  • Do not use fabric softeners.
  • Tumbler dry low or hang dry.
  • DO NOT iron!
  • Do not wash for the first 24 hours after pressing.

Quality & Durability

When transfer is properly pressed and wash instructions are followed, the prints on the garment will be incredibly durable and last the lifetime of the garment.
