The following disclaimer applies to any unauthorized or unlicensed use of graphic designs created by KM Customs ("Designer"). By accessing, using, or distributing any designs without proper authorization, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
- All graphic designs, illustrations, logos, and visual assets created by the Designer remain the sole property of the Designer unless otherwise specified in a signed licensing agreement.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of any designs is strictly prohibited.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
- The designs may not be used for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes without express written permission.
- Unauthorized usage may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, financial penalties, or claims for damages.
3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- The Designer is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized use of their work.
- Any third parties unknowingly using unlicensed designs are advised to verify the legitimacy of their design sources to avoid infringement claims.
4. REPORTING UNAUTHORIZED USE
- If you believe that a design is being used without proper licensing, please contact office@kmcustomsshop.com to report the infringement.

She got to work on it right away and made any little change I requested (there were not many as it was so great from the start) she took my idea and made it into something I didn't even imagine.
