Graphic Design Store Policy

By purchasing graphic design services from KM Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and timely design process.

Turnaround Time ⏳

• Your first design draft will be delivered within 2 business days after your order is placed.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Proofs, Revisions & Approval Process ✏️
• A design proof will be sent to you via email within 2 business days of your order.

You must approve your design or request revisions within 2 business days of receiving your proof.

✅ Up to 5 revisions are included with your design order.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – Response & Approval Policy (PLEASE READ) ⚠️

If we do not receive a response from you within 2 business days of sending your design proof, your design will be automatically marked as APPROVED and your order will be finalized.

🚨 Once an order is finalized:

• The order is considered complete
• NO further revisions will be allowed
• Any requested changes after finalization will require an additional design fee
  

This policy is in place to keep turnaround times fair and efficient for all clients.

Additional Revisions 🔄

• Once the design has been finalized and approved, no further revisions are included
• If you would like to make changes after final approval, a small additional fee will apply depending on the scope of changes

How You Will Receive Your Files 📩

• Draft designs will be emailed to you with a watermark
• Once finalized, your final design file will be emailed without a watermark

File Quality & Resolution 🎨

• Final designs are delivered as:
• High-resolution PNG
• Transparent background
• 300 DPI

If you require your file in another format (SVG, PDF, etc.), please let us know before final approval

Designs may not be resold, shared, altered, or claimed as your own without written permission.

KM CUSTOMS DESIGN WORK DISCLAIMER

All design work created by KM Customs is provided without a formal license and is intended for personal or internal business use only. By using any design created by KM Customs, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

• KM Customs retains full ownership and copyright of all designs unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• Designs may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without express written permission from KM Customs.
• KM Customs does not provide trademark, copyright, or exclusivity rights for any design work.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

• The recipient may not claim authorship or register any design as a trademark.
• Unauthorized modifications or adaptations of KM Customs designs are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing.
• KM Customs is not responsible for any third-party disputes or legal claims regarding design ownership or usage.

3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• KM Customs makes no warranties regarding the originality or uniqueness of any design.
• The recipient assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws when using KM Customs' designs.
• KM Customs shall not be held liable for any legal actions or financial losses resulting from the use of its designs.

4. REVISIONS & EDITS

If no response is received by client within 2 business days, work will be marked as completed and no more revisions or edits will take place.
